In recent years, watching short videos has become a popular way of leisure. According to the 43rd China Internet Development Statistics Report issued by China Internet Information Center (CNNIC), as of December 2018, the number of short video users reached 648 million, with a user utilization rate of 78.2%. The convenient operation and novelty of short videos have attracted many teenagers, and the problem of teenagers indulging in short videos has followed. A survey of 1974 parents interviewed by Wenjuan.com recently showed that 92.1% of parents surveyed felt that teenagers were addicted to short videos. 70.6% of parents were worried that their children's addiction to short videos would not arouse their interest in learning and life, and 66.3% of parents were worried about their children's poor imitation of short videos. Among the parents interviewed, 33.6% came from first-tier cities.
